Senior Data Associate - Business Analysis

The Senior Data Associate - Business Analysis will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges, design analytical frameworks, and develop data-driven solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The position requires a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth data analysis, creating predictive models, and generating reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and risks. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, ensuring data integrity, and staying abreast of industry best practices in data science and business analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools. Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an added advantage.
