Senior Associate, Innovation and Field Operations

The Senior Associate, Innovation and Field Operations will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of innovative field operations strategies to maximize the impact of Evidence Action's programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including program managers, data analysts, and field staff to develop and test new approaches to service delivery, monitor program performance, and drive continuous improvement. The position requires a deep understanding of operational challenges in low-resource settings and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. Key responsibilities include overseeing pilot programs, analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks, and working closely with local partners to adapt interventions to community needs. The role also involves representing Evidence Action at stakeholder meetings, contributing to thought leadership in the field of innovation in global development, and ensuring that field operations align with the organization's strategic goals.

Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline; minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or a related field; demonstrated experience in designing and implementing innovative field operations in low-resource settings; strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Stata); experience working with NGOs or international development organizations; excellent project management skills; ability to work in multicultural teams; strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel frequently to field sites (up to 50% travel required); familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
