Registered Nurse(S) - Tassia & Machakos

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in a healthcare setting. Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the attending clinician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical protocols. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health promotion strategies. Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control standards to maintain a safe healthcare environment. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, specialists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics in all interactions and procedures.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) with a valid practicing license; At least Two (2) years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment; Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.
