• Manage all onsite project activities across the solar PV and BESS program, coordinating the onsite multi-discipline team. • Develop and maintain the project execution plan, site mobilization plan, and onsite reporting system. • Monitor EPC contractor progress against the approved baseline schedule and escalate deviations to the Project Director. • Chair and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly site meetings with EPC contractors and stakeholders. • Review and track engineering submittals, inspection reports, NCRs, and construction punch lists (notes list). • Manage the document control system in coordination with the Document Controller. • Oversee construction inspection activities, commissioning supervision, and technical acceptance processes. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to the Client and CSI senior management. • Manage interface risks between SPVs, EPC contractors, grid operators, and government bodies. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental requirements, and the project HSE plan. • Coordinate with the offsite Engineering Manager for timely resolution of technical queries and RFIs. • Manage onsite resource deployment and ensure all personnel hold required competencies and certifications. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering. • Minimum 12 years of engineering and project management experience. • At least 5 years managing onsite delivery of Solar PV and/or energy storage projects.
