• Develop and implement growth strategies that enhance both financial performance and customer satisfaction. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs. • Promote the Institution’s products and services by addressing current and emerging client requirements. • Coordinate feasibility studies for branch expansion and the introduction of new products and services. • Identify and secure additional funding sources beyond the traditional donor base, including debt and equity financing. • Develop and maintain a database of potential funding partners and strategic stakeholders. • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial, operational, social, and performance reports prepared for stakeholders. • Facilitate the annual business planning process based on performance analysis and strategic priorities. • Develop and manage communication and outreach platforms, including publications, websites, and other promotional channels. • Coordinate the periodic review and update of the Institution’s strategic plans. • Monitor and evaluate the Institution’s social performance against established indicators. • Support the General Manager and immediate supervisor in the preparation of funding proposals and partnership initiatives. • Head Office, Sebeta (Alemgena) • BA/BSc, MA/MSc, or MBA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. • 10 years (for bachelor’s degree holders) or 8 years (for master’s degree holders) of relevant work experience.
