Job Description
This tender notice invites economic operators to submit bids for the construction of 7 boreholes and associated water supply infrastructure works as part of Project RWA/030, titled 'Improving skills for holistic employment in modern agriculture (ISHEMA)'. The project is jointly financed by the governments of Rwanda and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The works will be implemented at three Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Schools: Mutobo TSS in Musanze District, Gitwe TSS in Ngoma District, and Kinazi TSS in Ruhango District. The contract duration is 4 months from the commencement date, with provisional acceptance at the end. The most economically advantageous tender will be selected based on price, administrative, and technical criteria. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for 10.08.2026 (Gitwe TSS), 12.08.2026 (Kinazi TSS), and 14.08.2026 (Mutobo TSS) at 11:30 AM (Kigali time).

Economic operators must satisfy criteria included in the statement of good standing and ethics clauses of the general regulations; no specific technical or professional qualifications are explicitly required in this notice, but compliance with tender dossier requirements is mandatory. Variants will not be considered.
