• To compile all defects of motor vehicles to supervisors to facilitate repairs to avoid more damages to Bank motor vehicles. • To make sure that all motor vehicles are kept clean to portray a good image of the Bank Zambia employment news • To ensure that all motor vehicles are properly checked things like, oil water, road license, vehicle fitness, brakes, lights etc and to make sure those motor vehicles are kept in roadworthy condition. • To make sure that any road traffic accidents are reported to state police and supervisors. To comply with the law of the land to facilitate insurance claims as per our Bank Procedures. • To ensure that take over and hand over forms for each particular motor vehicle are adhered to for accountability purposes. • Contribute to cost management for motor vehicle maintenance and overtime MANAGEMENT DIMENSION Direct Subordinates: • Indirect Subordinates: • INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CONTACT External: Motor vehicle service providers Internal: All business units DECISION MAKING Autonomous Decisions: • Reporting car service, mileage issues and incident related to vehicle Non Autonomous Decisions: • Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Education • Grade Twelve with 5 O-levels • Minimum class C license with no certificate restrictions Professional: As required by function Minimum Experience: • 5 years experience in driving
