• Lead and manage day-to-day civil and structural site activities. • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. • Manage site engineers, foremen, supervisors, surveyors, and other site personnel. • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, machinery, and subcontractors. • Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays and site challenges. • Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety inspections, and support risk management. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and technical teams. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and maintain site documentation. • Support IPCs, variations, claims, and other contract administration activities.
