The Senior Lecturer in Public Administration will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops on public administration theories, practices, and reforms. The successful candidate will be expected to publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.

PhD in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field; minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a university setting; demonstrated expertise in public policy analysis and governance; strong research publication record; excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis software; familiarity with e-learning platforms; ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
