Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). • Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ Health Records, or an equivalent qualification • At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology • At least three (3) years of working experience • Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory • Technicians and Technologists Board • Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives. • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS) • Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council • At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital. • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) • Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.
