Project Coordinator

Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities for the Ethiopian Nurses Association (ENA). Develop and monitor project work plans and timelines to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Liaise with the Ministry of Health, partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment with national health priorities. Organize trainings, workshops, meetings, and supportive supervision visits to enhance capacity building and service delivery. Prepare technical, financial, and donor reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with donor and ENA requirements. Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing from a recognized institution; at least one (1) year of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an NGO, government institution, development partner, or similar organization; official experience letter or employment certificate demonstrating project management or project coordination responsibilities; demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on health or development projects; strong report writing, communication, coordination, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as virtual collaboration tools; excellent command of written and spoken English.
