Join am-is Consultant Talent Pool: Experienced Project & Programme Managers

AMIS is seeking experienced Project and Programme Managers to join their consultant talent pool. This role is designed for professionals who can lead and deliver complex projects and programmes across multiple African cities. The position involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving impactful outcomes in diverse sectors. Candidates will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. The role may require travel to Nairobi, Kigali, Kampala, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Dakar, Lagos, and Addis Ababa, depending on project assignments. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team contributing to AMIS's mission of strengthening health systems and improving public health outcomes in Africa.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or programme management; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello); ability to work in fast-paced environments; willingness to travel as required; fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Swahili, Amharic, or Portuguese are advantageous); bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
