Finance Analyst - UDVDIAGEO

Contribute to the business by providing decision support through accurate planning, monitoring, reporting, and analysis of Supply Chain financial results and projections. Provide financial leadership to the Supply Chain department by sharing information and providing insights to influence decision making. Participate in all planning activities for Supply Chain, including delivering Budget, Long Range Plans, re-forecasts, and monthly rolling forecasts. Prepare cost center reports and conduct monthly cost center reviews with Heads of Department. Perform weekly tracking of waste and lead conversations on corrective actions. Conduct weekly tracking of repair and maintenance budgets and engage with engineers on spend. Participate in monthly performance sessions by providing insights on cost drivers. Generate reports for monthly performance reviews and provide guidance and insights to drive decision-making. The role operates within a multi-cultural, multinational, multi-currency environment, dealing with various regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements, and is part of a Public Listed Company (Plc) listed on the Securities/Stock Exchange in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification); Minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in supply chain finance or manufacturing environments; Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational, and multi-currency environment; Familiarity with regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements in East Africa; Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost center management.
