Trainers - Building Technology Trainer

The Building Technology Trainer at Muraga Technical Training Institute will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in building technology courses to students pursuing diploma and certificate programs. The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions to ensure students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in building technology. The trainer will develop and update course materials, assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development. Additionally, the trainer will mentor students, guide them in research projects, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies. The position requires strong pedagogical skills, industry experience in building technology, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Diploma in Building and Technology; Pedagogical skills (MUST requirement for Trainers); Relevant industry experience in building technology; Ability to prepare and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in curriculum development and student assessment; Valid Certificate of Good Conduct; National Identity Card; Two referees familiar with academic/work experience.
