TRVST Implementation Management Consultant

Support the rollout of the TRVST mobile app and dashboard, mentoring national trainers and providing on-the-job coaching to strengthen national ownership and sustainability. This role involves facilitating the adoption of digital health tools within national health systems, ensuring smooth integration and long-term viability. The consultant will work closely with government counterparts, health workers, and technical teams to identify barriers to implementation, develop tailored training materials, and monitor progress through data-driven insights. Key deliverables include the successful deployment of the TRVST platform, capacity-building initiatives for local stakeholders, and the establishment of feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.

Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
