• Coordinate and oversee all tourism operations, facilities, and systems to ensure efficiency and high service standards. • Manage visitor services, including handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance overall guest satisfaction. • Supervise, mentor, and support staff, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management in line with organisational policies. • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and park regulations for staff and visitors. • Monitor the condition of tourism infrastructure, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and reporting of faults. • Collect, analyse, and report on operational data to support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement. • Support marketing initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of the park’s tourism products. • Assist in budgeting processes, revenue collection, and maintaining financial accountability within tourism operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Conservation, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable and accredited institution. • Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience in tourism management, preferably within a protected area or the tourism and hospitality sector. • Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and delivering high standards of customer service. • Valid driver’s licence with no restrictions. • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and online marketing platforms. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. • Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with experience working in multicultural environments.
