Software Developer

As a versatile professional in the role of Software Developer, you will be a pivotal member of our team, contributing to both the technical development and strategic planning of software solutions. Your primary responsibilities include writing efficient and maintainable code, actively contributing to the development of software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements. You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards, engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure alignment with project goals, participate in testing and debugging of software applications to meet business requirements, and contribute to user acceptance testing. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#); Experience in software development and business analysis within a collaborative environment; Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus; Secure coding practices: Follow secure coding guidelines to prevent vulnerabilities; Code quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; Timely delivery: Complete assigned tasks and projects on schedule; Requirement accuracy: Implement features correctly with minimal rework; Collaboration & communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams; Continuous improvement: Contribute to process improvements and adopt new technologies; Code repository management: Maintain organized, up-to-date code in version control systems.
