Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall company operations across real estate and hospitality divisions. Manage the pre-opening phase of projects, including establishing timelines, developing budgets, and overseeing construction handover to ensure specifications and brand standards are met Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Oversee property development, sales, and hospitality service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and clients. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in senior management within real estate, hospitality, or related industries. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt. Knowledge of Tanzanian real estate and hospitality markets is a strong advantage.
