• Lead and coordinate all community health education activities in collaboration with the health and protection teams. • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Community Health Workers (CHWs). • Monitor CHW performance through regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. • Develop culturally appropriate Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials and messages. • Organize community dialogues, focus group discussions, and outreach sessions on key health topics (e.g., hygiene, maternal health, nutrition, GBV prevention, disease prevention). • Collaborate with the M&E team to collect and analyze data related to CHW activities and community health knowledge, attitudes, and practices. • Coordinate with local leaders and community structures to ensure acceptance and participation in health promotion activities. • Prepare regular reports on CHW activities, challenges, and community health trends for internal and donor reporting. • Ensure that health promotion activities are aligned with national guidelines and donor requirements. • Support emergency response efforts with rapid health messaging as needed (e.g., during disease outbreaks). • Strong leadership and team supervision skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to design and deliver health education sessions. • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda– both spoken and written. • Strong reporting and documentation skills
