Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis. Your responsibilities will include managing month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and overseeing general ledger accounting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount.

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent); Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role; Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; Experience with IFRS and local GAAP; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment; Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
