Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities, and translating insights into actionable strategies. The role involves mentoring junior data scientists, overseeing data collection and preprocessing, and ensuring the scalability and robustness of our data infrastructure. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to drive innovation and improve decision-making processes across the organization.

PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; 5+ years of professional experience in data science or a related role; proficiency in Python or R with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling; experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment of ML models.
