Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team at Stable Logistics Ltd. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our logistics services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for social media and other platforms, coordinating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels. Additionally, the Marketing Officer will oversee the design and execution of promotional events, manage the company’s online presence, and track campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector; strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms); excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda; demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and manage campaigns; experience with CRM software and data analysis tools; strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines; creativity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities.
