Senior Data Associate - Product Design

The Senior Data Associate - Product Design will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven product solutions by combining analytical rigor with creative design thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UX designers to translate complex data insights into intuitive product features and user experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to identify user needs and pain points, designing and prototyping product interfaces, and ensuring that data integrity and usability are central to the product development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for creating detailed product specifications, conducting user testing sessions, and iterating on designs based on feedback. This role requires a unique blend of technical data skills and creative design expertise to deliver products that are both functional and user-friendly.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product design, or a related role; Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Experience with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch); Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Experience working in agile product development environments; Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis; Portfolio showcasing product design projects or data-driven solutions.
