Sales Agent

We are seeking two dynamic Sales Agents to join our team at Tugende. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of financial products and services to potential customers in various locations across Uganda. This role involves conducting door-to-door sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Sales Agents will be expected to meet monthly sales targets, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and report back to the sales supervisor. The position requires a high level of self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customer bases. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth within the microfinance sector.

At least a high school diploma or equivalent; previous sales experience is highly preferred; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and under minimal supervision; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Luganda, Swahili) is an advantage; possession of a valid motorcycle or bicycle for mobility may be required; willingness to travel within assigned territories.
