• Pre-Shipment Documentation: Prepare and review export invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading while obtaining necessary certificates and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. • Shipping and Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and logistics partners to monitor and track shipments for timely delivery. • Post-Shipment Management: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and ensure timely completion of post-shipment documentation. • Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of customs regulations and export laws to handle any documentation issues and ensure full legal adherence. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, shippers, and government authorities to facilitate effective communication. • 2 – 4 years of direct or related work experience • Strong command of English for written and spoken communication. • Excellent knowledge of essay writing • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), email clients, and PDF tools. • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Regulatory Expertise: Ability to accurately apply customs procedures and international trade standards. • Logistics Coordination: Skill in verifying freight against documentation and tracking international cargo.
