I.T Graduate Trainee
Job Description
This role provides first-line IT support across the organization by maintaining computer systems, networks, software, and office technology. The trainee will ensure timely technical assistance while supporting business continuity and basic cybersecurity measures. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment; troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; maintaining internet and Wi-Fi connectivity; creating and managing user accounts, emails, and passwords; installing software updates and antivirus solutions; performing routine data backups; maintaining an IT asset register; coordinating repairs with external vendors; preparing monthly IT reports and improvement recommendations; and supporting company website and digital platforms where required. The position involves providing direct assistance to employees and ensuring all IT systems operate efficiently to support organizational operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, basic knowledge of IT systems, and willingness to learn.
