• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. • Sell bread, drinks, rolls, baguettes and other bakery products. • Keep the shop attractive, clean, organised and well presented throughout the day. • Help promote products and encourage customers to try different items. • Prepare fresh food and snacks such as meat pies, shawarma, sandwiches and similar items. • Help us develop and introduce new food products that customers may enjoy. • Look for simple ways to attract more customers and increase daily sales. • Monitor stock in the shop and let management know when products or supplies are running low. • Handle customer payments carefully and accurately. • Keep food preparation and serving areas clean and hygienic. • Listen to customer feedback and share useful suggestions with management. • Support other reasonable bakery and shop duties when required. • Has experience in food preparation/catering, particularly making items such as meat pies, shawarma, sandwiches or similar foods. • Has good customer service and communication skills. • Is friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
