Consultant Level 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering cutting-edge cloud-based HR solutions to our global clientele. Your responsibilities will include implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management System. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and support, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our HCM suite. Additionally, you will provide expert-level support to clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver training sessions to enhance user adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology or SAP SuccessFactors implementation; strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices; proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management System); experience with cloud-based HR solutions; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and teamwork abilities; SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
