Migration Health Nurse
Job Description
Provides daily nursing activities at the Migration Health Assessment Clinic (MHAC) including medical examinations, lab testing, vaccinations, TB management, and treatment referrals. Responsible for pre-departure procedures, documentation, and patient counseling on health assessments and treatments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license to practice in Rwanda. For Bachelor’s holders: 3 years of relevant clinical experience; for Diploma holders: 5 years. Excellent technical skills in phlebotomy, TB management, mass immunizations, and infection prevention. Knowledge of preventive care and patient safety principles.
