Administration Supervisor
Job Description
The Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office management and effective support to organizational activities. The role involves supervising administrative staff, managing office procedures, maintaining records, and coordinating internal and external communications. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and evaluating administrative and support staff; developing, implementing, and improving office administrative systems and procedures; managing office facilities, maintenance, security, utilities, and housekeeping services; maintaining office inventory, fixed assets, and administrative records; preparing and monitoring departmental budgets and administrative expenditures; coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and company events; maintaining accurate filing systems and ensuring proper document management; supporting Human Resources with onboarding, employee administration, and staff welfare activities; ensuring compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety standards, and applicable legal requirements; and preparing periodic management reports with recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field; minimum of five (5) years of experience in administration, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role; experience in manufacturing, engineering, telecommunications, or technology companies is an added advantage; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent organizational and planning abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience using ERP or office management systems is an advantage; experience working in multicultural or international business environments; experience supporting operations involving South Asian suppliers, clients, or business partners is an advantage; fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is an added advantage; ability to adapt to diverse working environments and collaborate effectively with international teams.
