Medical Representative, Hospital

Job Role - The Medical Representative promotes hospital services and medical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies. The role involves building client relationships, conducting presentations, and achieving sales targets. With 2–3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing, the ideal candidate is persuasive, knowledgeable, and results-driven, contributing to hospital growth and visibility. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - Promote hospital services and medical products. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. - Achieve sales and outreach targets. - Gather market intelligence to improve hospital offerings. - Enhance hospital visibility through outreach programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Promotion - Conduct presentations to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies. - Drive client acquisition and retention. - Represent hospital at medical conferences and exhibitions. Client Engagement - Build strong professional relationships. - Provide timely updates and support to clients. Market Research & Reporting - Collect feedback and market intelligence. - Prepare reports on outreach and sales performance. Team Collaboration - Work closely with marketing and clinical teams. - Support cross-functional initiatives for hospital growth.

QUALIFICATIONS - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences. - 2–3 years’ experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services. - Valid driving license is an added advantage.
