Alumni President

The Alumni President will serve as the elected leader of the JA Uganda Alumni Association, representing and advocating for the interests of alumni members. Primary responsibilities include organizing and leading alumni meetings, coordinating networking events, and fostering professional development opportunities for members. The role involves collaborating with JA Uganda staff to strengthen alumni engagement, promoting the organization's mission, and serving as a liaison between alumni and the broader JA Uganda community. Key deliverables include annual alumni reports, event planning, and maintaining strong communication channels with members. The position requires a passion for mentorship, leadership in community initiatives, and a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, alumni relations, or community engagement; Strong organizational and project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder management; Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
