You are possibility.Job SummaryThe prime responsibility is for maintaining the availability and reliability of applications (core, digital channels and other applications) to ensure that IT can effectively meet the service targets in accordance with planned business strategies and objectives.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities Provide a range of application availability, reporting to ensure that the agreed levels of availability, reliability and maintainability are achieved.Successfully facilitate delivery changes on the core application systemsProvide holistic support of application availability to business usersTake action to reduce the frequency and duration of incidents that impact availabilityGeneration and sharing of different reports for the business.Data base administration of the core application servers.Proactive database capability and availability analysis of core application servers.Support on the different digital channels applications.Automation of different business processes.Design and implementation of new applications that coexist with the core applications.Work closely with Release Analysts and review releases and assign appropriate release testing tasks.Compile and review the Testing DeliverablesConduct installation procedure testsParticipate in functional, performance, and integration testing resultsCoordinate user acceptance testing and back out testing.
