• Assess clients and administer vaccines according to established guidelines and protocols. • Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and monitoring of vaccines in compliance with cold chain requirements. • Monitor and report any adverse events following immunization. • Maintain infection prevention and control standards within the vaccination unit. • Participate in quality improvement activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor. • Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. • Valid professional license to practice nursing. • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as a Vaccine Nurse or in immunization services. • Knowledge of vaccine administration protocols, cold chain management, and infection prevention practices. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
