Training & Development Coordinator

True North Consult Ltd is seeking a dynamic Training & Development Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our clients across various sectors. The role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum and materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will work closely with HR teams, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position requires strong facilitation skills, experience in adult learning methodologies, and the ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends to recommend innovative training solutions that enhance employee performance and organizational growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development; proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs; strong facilitation and presentation skills; proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
