• Find and recruit local vendors • Verify them, collect documents and photos, set up their listings • Walk them through how payouts and orders work • Train/help them on shipping, and communicating with buyers Vendor Management • Stay in regular contact with vendors and resolve issues as they arise • Track vendor performance and flag those falling behind • Help vendors improve their listings (photos, pricing, descriptions) Platform Monitoring • Flag delivery delays or vendor issues to the team promptly • Watch for local problems (customs, courier reliability) that could affect trust • Serve as the early warning system on the ground Customer Support • Answer buyer questions about orders, vendors, and delivery • Help resolve disputes (refunds, late delivery, wrong item) • Escalate technical issues (payment failures, bugs) to the team About You Who we’re looking for: • Based in Addis Ababa, fluent in Amharic and English • Strong with people, comfortable calling or visiting vendors in person
