• Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Forman’s sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project goals are met. • Implement weekly project schedules, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders. • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. • Identify and resolve day to day construction issues minimizing delays and costs. • Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. • Technical Diploma in construction, or a related field. • At least 12 years of experience in a similar role as a Project General Foreman or equivalent experience in real estate projects. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
