Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the construction and real estate sector. The Geospacial Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, mapping, and data collection to support construction projects. Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced surveying equipment and software to produce accurate topographic maps, site plans, and as-built drawings. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met, conducting site inspections, and maintaining detailed records of survey data. The surveyor will also assist in boundary determinations, volume calculations for earthworks, and providing critical input for project planning and execution.
Requirements
BA/BSc/HND in Geospatial Engineering, Surveying, or a related field; proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or similar); experience with GPS/GNSS equipment and total stations; strong analytical and mathematical skills; ability to interpret technical drawings and maps; excellent communication and teamwork skills; minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
