• Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boilers safely and efficiently. • Ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production operations. • Monitor boiler performance and carry out routine inspections. • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. • Maintain operational records, logs, and reports. • Support day-to-day distillery production and utility operations. • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to optimize plant performance. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 3–8 years of experience in boiler operations within the distillery, alcohol, ethanol, brewery, sugar, or other process manufacturing industries. • Knowledge of steam generation systems, utilities, and boiler maintenance. • Understanding of safety standards and boiler operating procedures. • Good troubleshooting and communication skills. • Willingness to relocate to Uganda.
