• Create, maintain, and update accurate patient medical records • Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper storage/retrieval of patient files • Compile and submit statistical health data and reports • Coordinate patient registration, admission, and discharge documentation • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation standards • Diploma/Degree in Health Records and Information Technology • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a hospital/healthcare setting • Valid practicing license/registration with a relevant health records body • Proficiency in health information management systems • Strong organizational skills and high confidentiality standards
