• Maintain, monitor and secure network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, switches and wireless systems. • Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint management. • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, email, printers and connectivity issues. • Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding and access control. • Implement and maintain cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and cloud-based applications. • Design, deploy and maintain backups, disaster recovery plans and business continuity measures. • Develop, deploy and support workflow automation and integration solutions to improve business processes. • Monitor system health, apply security patches, perform vulnerability management and enforce security policies. • Maintain ICT inventory, manage procurement, licensing and equipment lifecycle. • Produce and update ICT documentation, procedures, network diagrams and runbooks. • Conduct user training and promote security awareness and best practices. • Liaise with vendors and service providers; manage support contracts and SLAs. • Support ICT-related projects, testing, rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives. • Report on ICT performance, incidents and recommended improvements to management. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
