Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial operations, manufacturing cost controls, tax compliance, and strategic budget planning. The role oversees daily accounting activities, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensures accurate financial records through effective use of accounting systems such as Peachtree and Microsoft Excel. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting; accurately recording and managing daily financial transactions using Peachtree and advanced Microsoft Excel; preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and conducting manufacturing cost analysis; ensuring full adherence to local tax regulations and statutory requirements; managing financial controls and ensuring accuracy of accounting records; analyzing financial performance and providing reports to support management decision-making; and supporting strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA certificate is an advantage; 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; Experience in textile manufacturing is preferred; Proficiency in Peachtree and advanced Microsoft Excel; Strong analytical and reporting skills; Knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
