Country Director
Job Description
Leads the overall strategic direction, operational management, and growth of the organization's country office in Rwanda. Responsible for developing and implementing country-specific programs, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and overseeing financial and administrative functions. Acts as the primary representative of the organization in Rwanda, engaging with government, donors, and partners to advance the mission.
Requirements
Master's degree in international development, business administration, or a related field; minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in international development, NGO management, or a related sector; demonstrated success in strategic planning, program development, and donor relations; strong financial management and budgeting skills; fluency in English and French or Kinyarwanda; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
