• Diploma Certificate in IT – Hardware & Software, Networking, or equivalent technical certification. • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. (Preferred.) • Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MS 900, or CCNA (added advantage) • Windows OS, M365 suite, basic networking (TCP IP, LAN, Wi Fi), hardware repair, printer setup, Cisco hardware knowledge. • Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) • Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, routers, TCP IP) • Basic cybersecurity principles (password security, data protection, threats) • Familiarity with at least one programming language: Common ones: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# • Basics of database management systems (DBMS) • Ability to write simple SQL queries • Understanding of data storage and retrieval • Frequent use of personal computers, databases and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer. • Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, medical instruments, materials, computer. • Frequent communication and exchange of information among colleagues and people of concern which requires the ability to speak, hear, convey and express oneself.
