Senior HR Manager (Senior HR Business Partner)

Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a Senior HR Manager (Senior HR Business Partner) to oversee employee relations, people development, and safeguarding across a globally dispersed workforce of approximately 100 employees. The role involves managing end-to-end employee relations casework, providing coaching and mentoring to line managers and staff—particularly in remote contexts—and designing tailored manager development programs. The position also requires leading PxD's safeguarding agenda, including acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, developing and delivering safeguarding training, and embedding safeguarding into organizational practices and partner engagements. Additionally, the role partners with the COO on people strategy, organizational change, and workforce planning, ensuring HR policies align with local employment laws and funder requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

10+ years of experience in a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner role; substantial experience in international NGO or development sector; proven track record managing employee relations casework end-to-end; experience designing and delivering manager development programs; strong coaching and mentoring skills; deep understanding of safeguarding principles and practices; ability to navigate diverse local employment laws and regulatory requirements; experience with organizational change and workforce planning; familiarity with PSEAH (Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment) frameworks
