Job Description
Welcome and assist prospective buyers and visitors at property locations. Conduct professional property presentations and site tours to showcase property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities. Explain complex property details in an accessible manner to potential clients. Follow up on enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and relationship-building. Maintain accurate visitor and lead records in a systematic manner. Ensure sales materials are readily available and the sales office remains presentable and professional at all times. Work in a dynamic real estate environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Well-groomed with a professional appearance. - Fluent in English. - Preferred age: 20ā25 years. - Eager to learn and easy to train. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships with prospective clients. - Must reside along Kiambu Road, Thindigua, Quickmart Kiambu Road, Thika, or Juja.
