Project Manager - Building ICT Systems

Lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of building ICT systems for commercial and high-rise buildings. Manage the installation and integration of structured cabling, networks, CCTV, access control, VoIP, data centers, BMS, and related ICT systems. Coordinate ICT works with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery. Supervise ICT installations to ensure compliance with project standards, regulations, and best practices. Provide technical leadership to guarantee quality, efficiency, and timely project completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, stakeholder communication, and final system handover. Ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university; Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing license; Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of ICT systems for commercial and multi-storey buildings; Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise ICT systems; Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver ICT projects on time and within budget; Sound knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, VoIP, CCTV, and access control systems; Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams; Strong understanding of ICT standards, testing, commissioning, and regulatory compliance; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills; Tanzanian Nationals Only.
