• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Demography, Development Studies, Public Health or any other relevant fields. • Prior experience in community-based research is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse community stakeholders. • Proficiency in Tonga is an advantage. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data. • Sensitivity to cultural norms and practices in rural areas. • Ability to collaborate effectively with CHWs, SG leaders, and other research staff. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Flexibility to adjust to evolving project needs and contexts. • Experience with data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Power BI, or NVivo is an advantage.
