Rose Ethiopia plc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Audit Manager to oversee and lead the internal audit function. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Internal Audit Manager will also identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and provide assurance to senior management and the board on the effectiveness of internal controls. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage the internal audit team, coordinate with external auditors, and communicate audit findings to stakeholders. The role is based in Addis Ababa and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification; Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, or related fields; Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, frameworks, and methodologies; Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; Fluency in English and Amharic; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
