Tender Notice for Acquisition of Industrial Forklifts

This tender notice invites economic operators to submit bids for the acquisition of industrial forklifts as part of Project RWA/030, titled 'Improving skills for holistic employment in modern agriculture (ISHEMA)'. The project is jointly financed by the governments of Rwanda and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The tender includes two lots: Lot 1 for Electric Forklifts and Lot 2 for Diesel Forklifts. The beneficiary of this procurement is the Rwanda TVET Board, with Lux-Development acting as the donor's representative.

Economic operators must satisfy the criteria included in the statement of good standing and ethics clauses of the general regulations; variants will be considered. No specific education level or experience is mandated, but compliance with administrative and technical requirements is mandatory. Tenderers must propose prices for each Incoterm option (FCA, CPT, DAP) and submit bids electronically in a zipped folder with dossier A-RWA030-2026-8503.
